All our items have been tried and tested by ZoeB personally before we make them available for purchase. We also list the ingredients in our catalogue for your information. As each individual react differently to different materials, we strongly suggest to check with us before purchasing if uncertain.
Our materials come from all over the world such as Korea, China, Malaysia, Singapore - just to name a few. We then make the items locally in Singapore. For items that are for the face, it is fully made in Korea under good manufacturing practice (GMP) and ZoeB has tested it before putting it up for purchase.

Once the item is purchased and shipped, we are not able to refund your purchase. We are also not able to exchange the item.
If the item is purchased and yet to be shipped, we can modify the order and exchange the item for you at the same value. Refund is not possible.
We will take a photo of each item before shipping. If the item is damaged during shipping, please send us some photos to the email and we can look into a resolution.
Please reach out to us directly via email if you did not receive your item after 7 days from your purchase.
